A Surrendered Heart

The day I surrendered it all to the Lord is the day my life altering encounter with God happened Memorial Day weekend of 2007. I had no idea the plan that God had for my life that was about to unfold very rapidly.

From a place of pain, unforgiveness, hopelessness, depression, suicide attempts, addictions.......came healing, forgiveness, hope, life, and deliverance. 18 years later the fire in my belly to introduce people to Jesus so that they too can be set free from the bondages of sin, hurts, wounds and offense is still ignited.

Today i encourage you to surrender your heart to The Creator of All. To your Abba Father, you see HE has not left you, you may have left him, but HE has never left you. HE Knows your struggles. He knows the pain you have experienced. But here is the good news. What matters to you matters to HIM. HE loves you.

Talk to Him. Draw near unto him. Psalm 34:18 says that "the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and rescues those whose spirits are crushed."
